خَمسَ عَشْرةَ حَلقةً نَبني بِها حِصنَ الطُّمَأنينةِ حَولَ قَلبِك: مَعِيّةُ الله، والإيمانُ بِالقَدَرِ واليَومِ الآخِرِ والمَلائِكةِ الحافِظة، وأنَّ الدُّنيا مَحَطّةُ انتِظارٍ لِلجَنّةِ نَلتَقي فيها الأحِبّةَ والرُّسُلَ ونَرى اللهَ — فَتَحمي قَلبَكَ مِنَ الخَوفِ والقَلَقِ واليَأسِ ووَساوِسِ الشَّيطان.
